Denise Goncalves Westin is a third-generation coffee farmer from Sul de Minas, Brazil.  Her farm is called Sao Joao II, and the work she is doing is part of the Café Delas green coffee sourcing project.

Café Delas sources green coffee from farming operations owned by women, who are paid directly for their coffee.  Perhaps most importantly, the Café Delas program does not only search for circumstances where women are the decision makers behind a coffee, but also actively provides support and education to women involved in coffee to equip them to be leaders of their community.

This is a natural  process coffee grown at 1200 masl, with notes of dark chocolate,  cherry, orange, with good sweetness
