THE STORY
This washed process lot comes from Finca La Providencia. Now operated by Victor Hugo Anzueto, the 96 hectare estate located to the San Pedra Necta district of Huehuetenango has been in the Anzueto family for three generations. Victor Hugo grows Catuai and Caturra varieties ranging from 1300-1600masl.
This coffee is fully washed and then sundried on patios for 12-20 days to achieve proper moisture content.
This is a quintessential but really stunning HueHue. In the cup we taste a ton of chocolate and caramel, as well as maple syrup, and some citrus. This is a high end “for everyone” coffee and we would love for you to give it a try.
